传达符号学与意指符号学涉及到符号运作的本质规律。现有的关于传达符号学与意指符号学之间的差异分析要么论述不够深入,要么观点偏向极端。借用洛特曼文化符号学范畴能更深入地探讨传达符号学与意指符号学之间的差异,二者之间的区别主要表现在符号运行代码、研究对象、传达意图、符号运行路径和理论适用范围等方面。这些方面与符号现象密切相关,本视角的讨论有助于搞清符号及其运作的复杂性和深层规律。
Abstract：The distinction between Semiotics of communication and semiotics of signification is closely related to the essential laws of sign operation. Though some scholars have ever touched upon this issue, their analysis either is not deep enough, or goes to the extreme. With the help of categories in Lotmans cultural semiotics, the differences between the two can be clearly displayed on the level of operating code, object for study, communication intention, sign route, and application domains. Since these levels are basics in sign phenomenon, the perspective adopted here will surely help to clarify the complexities and laws of sign operation.
