自20世纪90年代起,爱丽丝·门罗就被誉为"当代契诃夫"、"女契诃夫",但两人在创作上究竟有何继承关系、异同?本文以契诃夫和门罗在思想上的一个交汇点为中心,即女权主义,结合19世纪下半叶俄国和20世纪加拿大的社会历史,对他们笔下的女性形象、诗学形态、风格等进行分析比较。另外,拙文也将为女权主义运动的未来发展路向提供重要启示。
Abstract：Alice Munro has been called "contemporary Chekhov" and "female Chekhov" since 1990 s, but how did they relate with each other? what's the difference of their writings? By discussing the social history of Russia in the second half of the 19 th century and those of Canada in the 20 th century, this article is going to analyze and compare their female figures, poetic forms, and styles, as feminism which is just a idea intersection of them in center. Beside, the future of the feminism will be talked about too.
